Heirloom Photography in Savannah

There’s something profoundly moving about classic heirloom portrait photography—the kind that generations admire and display for decades. These portraits aren’t just for today. They’re a gift to your children, your grandchildren, and all the hearts that follow.

In every expression and detail, your child’s innocence and personality are captured with care and intention—preserved in a timeless style that never goes out of fashion.

For the legacy you’re creating, and the childhood you’re treasuring

Heirloom photography sessions are available as private Simplicity Session appointments or during special event dates held twice a year—typically in spring and fall. Each session is brief and age-appropriate, typically best suited for children ages 6 months (sitting unassisted) to around age 6.

Your child will be photographed on a white backdrop using professional studio lighting that softly and precisely highlights every sweet detail. This clean, classic setup creates a timeless look, while editing is thoughtfully done to refine and enhance each portrait with a soft, polished glow. A traditional vignette is added as the finishing touch, giving the image its signature heirloom quality and elevating it from a simple photograph to a lasting piece of art.

What to Expect at your heirloom photography session

Your child’s heirloom photography session is designed to be calm, efficient, and beautifully timeless. These portraits are typically taken in-studio and focus on capturing your child’s natural expressions and classic profile with minimal distractions.

I provide a carefully selected collection of traditional children’s clothing in sizes up to 4T, which you're welcome to use—but many families choose to bring their own heirloom outfits, often pieces passed down through generations. Including these sentimental garments adds another layer of meaning to your portraits, making them a true reflection of your family’s story and legacy.

Heirloom Portrait Photography

A simple, thoughtful experience

About two weeks after your heirloom session, you’ll return to the studio for your design and ordering appointment. This is when the magic happens—we’ll work together to create custom artwork that complements your home and style, whether it's a classic framed piece, a timeless gallery wall, or a beautiful heirloom album to preserve your child’s portrait for generations.

While digital images are available for purchase, most clients choose printed artwork to capture this special season in a meaningful, lasting way. With your custom artwork purchase, you’ll also receive discounted—or even complimentary—digital image files, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds: stunning, tangible heirlooms alongside your digital memories. My goal is for you to leave with more than just photographs—you’ll leave with timeless pieces that beautifully honor this sweet stage of your child's life.

I booked an heirloom session for my 5 year old son and couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out.

"Tiffany is very talented!"

–Samantha

We continue to seek her out on an annual basis for our Christmas card photos. We get feedback every year on how great our Christmas photos look. We recommend Tiffany to family and friends and will continue to work with her each year.

“We have worked with Tiffany for almost 10 years now"
